Last updated: August 1, 2026
1. General information
Information published by Domino Tax Accounting Services LLC on this website is provided for general educational and informational purposes only.
It is not intended to replace advice based on a complete review of your individual, family, nonprofit, or business circumstances.
2. No individualized advice
Website content does not constitute individualized:
- Tax advice;
- Accounting advice;
- Legal advice;
- Financial-planning advice;
- Investment advice;
- Insurance advice; or
- Business-valuation advice.
Examples, checklists, articles, frequently asked questions, calculators, illustrations, and summaries are general and may not apply to your circumstances.
3. No professional engagement
Accessing the website or communicating through a public website form does not create a professional relationship.
Domino undertakes professional responsibility only for services expressly accepted in a written engagement.
Until an engagement is accepted, you should not assume that Domino:
- Represents you;
- Will prepare or file a return;
- Will monitor a deadline;
- Will respond to a government notice;
- Will preserve documents for you; or
- Will take action on your behalf.
4. Changing laws and guidance
Tax laws, regulations, forms, agency guidance, filing procedures, accounting practices, thresholds, credits, deductions, and deadlines may change.
Although Domino seeks to provide useful information, we do not guarantee that every website page will reflect the latest development at the time you view it.
The publication date should be considered when relying on educational content.
5. No guarantee of outcome
Domino does not guarantee:
- A tax refund;
- The amount of a refund;
- Eligibility for a credit or deduction;
- A reduction in tax liability;
- Acceptance of a filing;
- A particular audit result;
- Avoidance of penalties or interest;
- A business profit;
- Financing approval;
- A particular accounting outcome; or
- Any other financial result.
Results depend on applicable law, complete and accurate information, government review, client decisions, deadlines, and other circumstances outside Domino’s control.
6. Client information and responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and timely information.
Domino may rely on information supplied by a client unless an engagement requires additional verification.
A client should review:
- Names and identification numbers;
- Income and expense records;
- Filing status;
- Dependant information;
- Bank details;
- Financial statements;
- Tax returns;
- Elections and disclosures; and
- Other documents before approving or signing them.
7. Filing and payment deadlines
Do not delay action on a tax filing, tax payment, notice, audit request, appeal, payroll obligation, information return, or business deadline because you submitted a website inquiry.
A website submission does not extend a deadline.
Contact the relevant government agency or an appropriately qualified professional promptly where a deadline may apply.
8. Government notices and representation
Domino may offer assistance reviewing certain IRS or state tax correspondence, depending on the engagement and the qualifications of the assigned professional.
“IRS letter assistance” does not automatically mean that Domino has agreed to provide legal representation, audit representation, collection representation, or representation before the United States Tax Court.
Representation is available only where:
- Domino expressly accepts it in writing;
- The assigned professional is legally authorized to provide it;
- Required authorizations are completed; and
- The service is within the agreed scope.
9. Professional credentials
Any credential, designation, registration, or professional status displayed on the website applies only to the individual expressly identified and only while that status remains valid.
The company will not describe a person as a:
- Certified Public Accountant;
- Enrolled Agent;
- Attorney;
- Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor;
- Licensed tax professional; or
- Authorized IRS representative
unless that description is accurate and verifiable.
10. Tax-return information and confidentiality
Tax-return information is protected by federal law.
Domino will not use or disclose such information for an unauthorized purpose. A separate taxpayer consent may be required before information is used for a non-return service or disclosed to another party.
A website privacy-policy acknowledgment is not a substitute for any consent required under Internal Revenue Code § 7216.
11. Security of communications
Ordinary email, text messages, and public contact forms may not provide an appropriate level of security for sensitive records.
Do not send:
- Social Security numbers;
- Taxpayer-identification numbers;
- Tax returns;
- Government identification;
- Banking information;
- Payroll files; or
- Portal credentials
through an unapproved communication channel.
Use the secure submission method provided by Domino.
12. External resources
The website may link to third-party resources for convenience.
Domino does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, security, accessibility, or completeness of external content and is not responsible for decisions made solely in reliance on a third-party website.
A link does not imply sponsorship or endorsement.
13. Testimonials
Testimonials reflect the experiences and opinions of the individuals who provided them.
They do not guarantee that another client will obtain the same result.
No testimonial should be interpreted as a promise of a refund, saving, business improvement, or other financial outcome.
14. Software and product references
References to QuickBooks, WordPress, WPForms, payment systems, government systems, or other software and products are descriptive.
Unless expressly stated, Domino is not endorsed by or affiliated with the respective provider.
Third-party product names and trademarks belong to their owners.
15. Limitation of the disclaimer
Nothing in this disclaimer:
- Waives a right that cannot lawfully be waived;
- Limits obligations expressly accepted in a signed engagement;
- Excuses fraud, gross negligence, intentional wrongdoing, or unlawful conduct; or
- Replaces disclosures required by federal or Maryland law.

Our commitment
Domino Tax Accounting Services LLC is committed to providing people with disabilities with meaningful and equitable access to its website, information, communications, and services.
We seek to make www.dominotacs.com usable by visitors with a range of visual, hearing, cognitive, neurological, and mobility disabilities.
The Department of Justice states that the Americans with Disabilities Act applies to goods and services offered online by businesses open to the public. It identifies practices such as sufficient contrast, semantic headings, keyboard access, captions, text alternatives, and accessible forms as important accessibility measures.
Accessibility standard
Domino aims to use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, WCAG 2.1 Level AA, as a practical benchmark for the design, development, testing, and maintenance of its website.
This statement of intent does not represent that every page or third-party feature is fully conformant at every moment.
Accessibility measures
Measures we seek to implement include:
- Logical heading structures;
- Descriptive page titles;
- Keyboard-accessible navigation;
- Visible keyboard-focus indicators;
- Sufficient text and background contrast;
- Text that can be enlarged using browser controls;
- Alternative text for meaningful images;
- Form labels and instructions;
- Text-based validation and error messages;
- Captions or transcripts for relevant video content;
- Controls for pausing moving, rotating, or automatically changing content;
- Descriptive link text;
- Responsive layouts;
- Accessible buttons and calls to action;
- Avoidance of information communicated by colour alone; and
- Periodic automated and manual accessibility testing.
Video sliders, animation, and particle effects
The website may use video backgrounds, sliders, motion, or decorative particle effects.
We seek to ensure that:
- Important information is not available only within a video;
- Decorative visual effects do not interfere with text;
- Text maintains sufficient contrast;
- Essential controls remain keyboard accessible;
- Meaningful video content includes captions or an appropriate text alternative;
- Automatically changing content can be paused where required;
- Decorative animations do not create unnecessary barriers; and
- reduced-motion preferences are respected where technically feasible.
Contact forms
We seek to make public forms accessible by providing:
- Visible labels;
- Required-field indicators expressed in text;
- Clear instructions;
- Keyboard navigation;
- Meaningful error messages;
- Adequate time for completion;
- Accessible anti-spam methods where feasible; and
- A telephone or email alternative.
Documents
We seek to provide accessible documents where practical.
A document supplied by a client, government agency, or third party may not be fully accessible. Contact us to request information in an alternative format.
Third-party content
Some parts of the website may depend on third-party services, including:
- Appointment scheduling;
- Maps;
- Embedded videos;
- Payment processing;
- Client portals;
- Tax or accounting software;
- Electronic-signature tools;
- Anti-spam services; and
- Social-media content.
We do not control every accessibility feature of a third-party platform, but we seek to select and configure services with accessibility in mind and provide a reasonable alternative where practical.
Assistance and alternative access
A person who experiences difficulty accessing information or completing a website function may contact us.
We can seek to provide assistance through:
- Telephone;
- Email;
- An accessible electronic document;
- A plain-text version;
- An alternative appointment method; or
- Another reasonable communication method.
Reporting an accessibility issue
Please provide:
- The webpage address;
- A brief description of the issue;
- The device and browser used, if known;
- The assistive technology used, if any; and
- Your preferred contact method.
Do not include confidential tax or financial information in an accessibility report.
