Accessibility Statement
Effective date: August 1, 2026
Last updated: August 1, 2026
Our commitment
Domino Tax Accounting Services LLC is committed to providing people with disabilities with meaningful and equitable access to its website, information, communications, and services.
We seek to make www.dominotacs.com usable by visitors with a range of visual, hearing, cognitive, neurological, and mobility disabilities.
The Department of Justice states that the Americans with Disabilities Act applies to goods and services offered online by businesses open to the public. It identifies practices such as sufficient contrast, semantic headings, keyboard access, captions, text alternatives, and accessible forms as important accessibility measures.
Accessibility standard
Domino aims to use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, WCAG 2.1 Level AA, as a practical benchmark for the design, development, testing, and maintenance of its website.
This statement of intent does not represent that every page or third-party feature is fully conformant at every moment.
Accessibility measures
Measures we seek to implement include:
- Logical heading structures;
- Descriptive page titles;
- Keyboard-accessible navigation;
- Visible keyboard-focus indicators;
- Sufficient text and background contrast;
- Text that can be enlarged using browser controls;
- Alternative text for meaningful images;
- Form labels and instructions;
- Text-based validation and error messages;
- Captions or transcripts for relevant video content;
- Controls for pausing moving, rotating, or automatically changing content;
- Descriptive link text;
- Responsive layouts;
- Accessible buttons and calls to action;
- Avoidance of information communicated by colour alone; and
- Periodic automated and manual accessibility testing.
Video sliders, animation, and particle effects
The website may use video backgrounds, sliders, motion, or decorative particle effects.
We seek to ensure that:
- Important information is not available only within a video;
- Decorative visual effects do not interfere with text;
- Text maintains sufficient contrast;
- Essential controls remain keyboard accessible;
- Meaningful video content includes captions or an appropriate text alternative;
- Automatically changing content can be paused where required;
- Decorative animations do not create unnecessary barriers; and
- reduced-motion preferences are respected where technically feasible.
Contact forms
We seek to make public forms accessible by providing:
- Visible labels;
- Required-field indicators expressed in text;
- Clear instructions;
- Keyboard navigation;
- Meaningful error messages;
- Adequate time for completion;
- Accessible anti-spam methods where feasible; and
- A telephone or email alternative.
Documents
We seek to provide accessible documents where practical.
A document supplied by a client, government agency, or third party may not be fully accessible. Contact us to request information in an alternative format.
Third-party content
Some parts of the website may depend on third-party services, including:
- Appointment scheduling;
- Maps;
- Embedded videos;
- Payment processing;
- Client portals;
- Tax or accounting software;
- Electronic-signature tools;
- Anti-spam services; and
- Social-media content.
We do not control every accessibility feature of a third-party platform, but we seek to select and configure services with accessibility in mind and provide a reasonable alternative where practical.
Assistance and alternative access
A person who experiences difficulty accessing information or completing a website function may contact us.
We can seek to provide assistance through:
- Telephone;
- Email;
- An accessible electronic document;
- A plain-text version;
- An alternative appointment method; or
- Another reasonable communication method.
Reporting an accessibility issue
Please provide:
- The webpage address;
- A brief description of the issue;
- The device and browser used, if known;
- The assistive technology used, if any; and
- Your preferred contact method.
Do not include confidential tax or financial information in an accessibility report.
